Upon arrival, please present your SpotHero Parking Pass to the attendant. The attendant will collect your keys and give you a ticket, which you will need when picking up your vehicle. You will then be directed to the shuttle pickup area.

Gather your belongings and board the shuttle to JFK. The complimentary shuttle departs every 5–10 minutes to and from all JFK terminals, 365 days a year.

When you arrive back at JFK, gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area. You can call 929-246-2113 for shuttle dispatch information.

Once back at the lot, present your valet ticket to the attendant and your vehicle will be retrieved.

Simply leave when you're ready to go!
