Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to enter the facility using the scanner. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Gather your belongings and make your way to the hotel shuttle. Shuttle reservation must be made in advance by calling the hotel at 310-726-0100 to put your name on the list.

Upon your arrival to LAX, call  the hotel at 310-726-0100 to request shuttle pickup.

When exiting, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to exit the facility using the scanner.
